- Is this the same software as the live demo?
- Yes. Marketing screenshots are captured from the real ERP (e.g. demo.digiscorp.online), not stock imagery.
- Can we host on our own server?
- Yes. LuxeFlow supports dedicated deployment per clinic or tenant subdomain.
- Does it support GST billing?
- Yes. Invoicing, tax lines, and payment tracking are built for Indian clinics.
- How do packages and appointments work together?
- Enrollments can auto-schedule calendar visits; you can also book sessions manually from package visits.
- Are client digital signatures supported?
- Yes. When you mark a package session complete, LuxeFlow prompts for a client digital signature on the signature pad. It is stored on the session with the treatment date and staff attribution.
- Can we restrict logins by IP address?
- Login IP allowlisting is built into the LuxeFlow platform and enforced for tenants today. A self-service allowlist screen in clinic Settings is rolling out soon; contact us if you need IPs configured immediately.
